Basic fees and times

• All rentals require proof of an insurance liability rider from your insurer, for minimally $1 million, with the property owner Federated Church of Hyannis as the insured party. Sample available here.
  These typically cost $200+ and are responsibility of the user, with a copy of the policy provided to Hyannis Arts Hall

• A $200 damage deposit is required of all user, to be returned after satisfactory use of
  the building without damages or need for unexpected staff time outside of our agreement.
   

Main auditorium • 3,000+ square feet

Seating capacity 270 • lower capacities for events with table seating; higher for standing only events:

Standing only 325 • Banquet tables and chairs seating 130

• Up to four hours for nonprofit groups: $500
  Up to four hours for others: $750

• Additional time needed for setup and breakdown $100/hr.

 

Lorusso Room • ~1,000 square feet

Seating capacity 45 • perfect for small screenings and meetings

• Up to four hours for nonprofit groups: $250

• Up to four hours for others: $500
   

Additional time needed for setup and breakdown $100/hr.
 

Note: We have limited part-time staff, so outside groups and individuals using Hyannis Arts Hall must provide or hire most of their own labor for events including setup, breakdown, and other work for an event. Our staff will complete some advance tasks and oversee all activity in the building. We have 200 chairs and limited tables available, which can be used by prior agreement with us.

We have limited audio visual and no theatrical/event lighting. User groups must provide this equipment on their own, subject to our approval. We recommend Cape AV for their excellent, experienced services and familiarity with our building.
